Exploration into Conscious Leadership - Hidden Biases of People in Advisory and Management Consulting

OVERVIEW

The project investigated the role of conscious leadership in addressing global challenges such as sustainability, equity, and technological disruptions. It employed interdisciplinary methodologies, including implicit bias testing and systems thinking, to identify leadership blind spots and facilitate transformational change. Through the design of a Leadership Traits Implicit Association Test (LTIAT), the research proposed tools for enhancing leaders' awareness of subconscious biases and decision-making patterns. The findings emphasised the integration of adaptive and transformational leadership strategies to align organisational practices with societal and environmental goals.
